Choose the company and place of purchase

Choose the company that meets your criteria – determine its headquarters and experience. Then select the place of purchase. Regardless of the headquarters of the chosen company, you can purchase it at any of our 12 branches: in Poznań, Warsaw, Katowice, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Lublin, Rzeszów, Bydgoszcz and even in Ostrava (Czech Republic). For example, a company headquartered in Warsaw can be purchased in Kraków without any problem. The transaction can also be conducted by correspondence. In such a case, the processing time will be extended by a few days due to the involvement of a courier who will deliver the necessary documents.

Submit data necessary to complete the transaction

To prepare the documents, the data of the persons purchasing the company, the data of the new board members (name and surname, PESEL number), and information on what percentage of shares the respective members are to acquire will be needed.

Schedule an appointment with a notary

After preparing the complete set of documents, we schedule an appointment with a notary, where the entire transaction will ultimately take place. Effekti Economic Law Firm needs 1 working day to prepare the documents and schedule the notary visit.

Send the update application to KRS and report to CRBR

After completing the transaction, we send the update application to the National Court Register (KRS). To sign such an application, a trusted profile e-PUAP or an electronic signature of the new board member of the acquired company is needed. The update application can also be signed by a proxy, but this option is additionally paid. After completing the entire procedure, we undertake to report the new company data to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR).

Is buying a ready-made company legal?

Yes, the sale of shares in an LLC is legal, and the process of purchasing such a company is legally regulated. An important part of this process is choosing a trusted partner and ensuring that the purchased company has no debts or liabilities. The companies offered by Effekti Economic Law Firm have never conducted business, so their history is clean, and the purchase is completely safe.
Can a foreigner without a PESEL number buy a company?

Absolutely yes, but the sales process in such a case is longer and slightly more expensive. The lack of a PESEL number means the absence of a trusted profile e-PUAP and a qualified signature necessary to submit the update application to KRS. However, there is the option to sign such an application through a proxy, and the cost of this service is 500 PLN.
Can I buy a company in a different city than its formal headquarters?

Of course. The formal headquarters of the company does not define the place of its purchase. The company sale can take place in any of our 11 branches: in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Szczecin, Rzeszów, Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz and even Ostrava (Czech Republic). For example, a company headquartered in Kraków can be purchased in Wrocław without any problem.
Can I change the company's data upon purchase?

The name and headquarters of the company can be changed at any time (both before and after the purchase). However, it is most advantageous to make these changes before the planned purchase, due to the absence of the need to schedule a notary visit and draft a notarial deed twice – saving time and money.
Do the offered companies have submitted financial statements?

Most of the companies we offer are young, so submitting financial statements for these companies has not been necessary so far. Financial statements have been submitted for companies with an experience longer than 6 months. We ensure that all formalities on our side will be completed before organizing the sale.

Their office location in Katowice is right on the pietonal street, with easy access.
