HR and Payroll

HR and payroll services are not a significant burden for a family business or a company with a few employees. However, as the number of employees grows, managing HR documentation, administering personnel files (both physical and electronic), and monitoring the validity of periodic medical examinations, health and safety training, and the renewal of professional qualifications become increasingly pressing issues.

 

The tasks of the HR and payroll department also include calculating salaries and payroll-related costs, preparing pay slips, and submitting declarations to the tax office, social security (ZUS), and the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON). Additionally, HR and payroll employees are often responsible for handling Employee Capital Plans (PPK). All these duties can be taken over by one of the PG Partner Gospodarczy accounting offices. How can you sign a contract with us?

In person

You can sign the contract in person at one of our 10 branches – in the accounting office in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Szczecin, Katowice, Gdańsk, Rzeszów, and Lublin. We require minimal formalities – in most cases, you just need to bring an identity document. The accounting office handling your company does not define the place of signing the contract. For example, you can sign an accounting contract for Wrocław in Katowice without any problem.

By mail

If you are unable to visit one of our offices in person, you can sign the contract with us by mail. It does not matter where you are currently located, as long as you have internet access and can send documents by courier. The process of establishing cooperation may be extended by a few days due to the additional time required to receive the completed documents.

Electronically

The most convenient and fastest method is to sign the contract electronically – through a dedicated online document exchange and authorization platform – Autenti. This method of remote document signing is completely secure and does not require installing additional software or creating an account – just a device with internet access.
