We offer a modern client panel that allows you to manage all aspects of your affairs independently. Through the panel, you have access to invoices and payments at any time of the day or night, and most importantly, you can track the history of received and scanned correspondence (with the ability to download previously scanned letters). The panel is also available on mobile devices (Android and iOS).
Minimum formalities for the client
Signing a contract with us involves minimal formalities. In most cases, you just need to visit our office with an identity document, and the entire procedure takes a maximum of 15 minutes. It is also possible to sign the contract remotely, either by mail or electronically. In the latter case, there are no additional costs, and no extra software installation or account setup is required.

What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is a service that allows you to enjoy the benefits of an office in an attractive location without incurring high rental costs and the need to hire administrative staff. By paying a subscription for a virtual office, you receive an address to register your company in the city center, access to conference rooms for business meetings, and full mail handling services.
Zdecydowanie odradzam współpracę.
Dokumentacja księgowa była przekazywana notorycznie w ostatnim możliwym terminie, często dopiero po przypomnieniach. Występowały również poważne błędy w rozliczeniach – w skrajnych przypadkach koszty podatkowe były wykazywane nawet kilkadziesiąt razy wyższe niż w rzeczywistości.
Po zakończeniu współpracy do dziś nie otrzymaliśmy pełnej dokumentacji za cały okres, mimo wielokrotnych próśb i wezwań.
Sprawozdanie finansowe za 2024 rok zostało przekazane dopiero pod koniec czerwca. Deklaracja CIT-8 za 2024 rok została złożona dopiero pod koniec grudnia – po wezwaniu z urzędu skarbowego, mimo wcześniejszych sygnałów z mojej strony, że deklaracja nie została złożona.
Na dzień 9 kwietnia 2026 r. deklaracja CIT-8 za 2025 rok nadal nie została złożona, co skutkowało odmową wydania zaświadczenia o niezaleganiu w podatkach przez urząd skarbowy.
Brak terminowości, problemy z komunikacją oraz błędy w rozliczeniach powodują realne ryzyko dla przedsiębiorcy.
