The panel is also available on mobile devices (Android and iOS).
Minimum formalities for the client
Signing a contract with us involves minimal formalities. In most cases, you just need to visit our office with an identity document, and the entire procedure takes a maximum of 15 minutes. It is also possible to sign the contract remotely, either by mail or electronically. In the latter case, there are no additional costs, and no extra software installation or account setup is required.

What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is a service that allows you to enjoy the benefits of an office in an attractive location without incurring high rental costs and the need to hire administrative staff. By paying a subscription for a virtual office, you receive an address to register your company in the city center, access to conference rooms for business meetings, and full mail handling services.
Dzisiaj jest 30.01, a nadal brak rozliczenia za grudzień…. Jestem vatowcem…. I tak jest co miesiąc 🤦🏻♀️
Firma jest nie poważna. Oczekuje by im płacić punktualnie, ale w zamian nic nie daje.
Jedyny plus: miłe osoby po drugiej stronie.
C.d. 20.02. Jest coraz gorzej…. Nowa księgowa nie może rozliczyć ZUS-u, bo księgowość jeszcze nie przesłała dokumentacji za 2025 ani chociaż dochodu za 12.2025. Mimo, że zostało mi 11.02 obiecane, że dokumenty w następny dzień do mnie trafią.
Chcę podkreślić, że po stronie kompetencji i podejścia do klienta nadal widzę mocne strony. Przede wszystkim osoby, z którymi mam kontakt, są pomocne, empatyczne i merytorycznie przygotowane. Tym bardziej jednak kontrastuje to z problemami procesowymi, które realnie utrudniają współpracę.
Od kilku miesięcy podejmuję próby wypracowania rozwiązań w obszarze obsługi kadrowej, jednak mimo deklarowanej chęci poprawy, część spraw nie jest realizowana w terminach wymaganych przepisami. Dodatkowo w jednym z okresów kontakt operacyjny był istotnie ograniczony, co w praktyce powodowało brak możliwości bieżącego domykania tematów.
Mam wrażenie, że źródłem problemu nie jest brak kompetencji, lecz przeciążenie pracą i niedostateczna przepustowość organizacyjna, szczególnie w obszarze kadr. W obecnym kształcie wpływa to negatywnie na poczucie bezpieczeństwa i przewidywalność obsługi.
