Minimum formalities for the client

Signing a contract with us involves minimal formalities. In most cases, you just need to visit our office with an identity document, and the entire procedure takes a maximum of 15 minutes. It is also possible to sign the contract remotely, either by mail or electronically. In the latter case, there are no additional costs, and no extra software installation or account setup is required.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office is a service that allows you to enjoy the benefits of an office in an attractive location without incurring high rental costs and the need to hire administrative staff. By paying a subscription for a virtual office, you receive an address to register your company in the city center, access to conference rooms for business meetings, and full mail handling services.
How can I sign a contract for a virtual office?

You can sign a contract for a virtual office in three ways. In person – at one of our 11 offices: in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Kraków, Lublin, Rzeszów, Katowice, and even Ostrava (Czech Republic). By mail – we send the contract draft by email, and the client is responsible for signing the document and sending it back to one of our branches by post. Electronically – via the Autenti platform, which authenticates electronic signatures.
How will I know my mail has been delivered?

Immediately after receiving correspondence from the postman, we send notifications to the email address specified in the contract. Our contract provides up to 24 hours to deliver information about received parcels.
Is it possible to scan received letters?

Absolutely. If the client wishes to use this service, we open the correspondence and scan its contents, then send the document in electronic form to the email address specified in the contract. The letter scanning service is free and voluntary.
How can I collect the original correspondence?

Original correspondence can be collected from Monday to Friday during our office hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The company owner (for sole proprietorships) and any person authorized to represent the company (for companies) are eligible to collect the mail. If collection by authorized persons is not possible, a power of attorney for a third party must be signed. In such cases, the person collecting the correspondence should present a valid ID.
