• Is remote service possible with PG Partner Gospodarczy?

  Absolutely, we can communicate via email or phone, and you can send us documents for accounting by mail or courier. Starting cooperation also does not require a face-to-face meeting – you can sign the contract by correspondence or electronically.

• In what form can I submit documents for accounting?

  Documents can be submitted in any chosen way, i.e., by email, through the cloud, or by courier or mail. However, it should be noted that if you submit document scans to the accounting office, you must keep the originals, as these are the basis for tax settlements.

• What is the deadline for submitting documents to you?

  According to the agreement, documents should be submitted no later than the 10th day of the month following the month to which the documents pertain.

• Does PG Partner Gospodarczy fill out my annual tax return?

  Yes. For an annual PIT return with sole proprietorship, a one-time fee of 100 PLN net is charged. For companies, the fee for the annual CIT return is included in the invoice for the financial statement.

• Does PG Partner Gospodarczy send declarations to the authorities on my behalf?

  Yes, after granting UPL-1 authorization, we electronically submit declarations to the Tax Office.

• Does PG Partner Gospodarczy submit JPK files on my behalf?

  Yes, after granting UPL-1 authorization, we electronically submit JPK files to the Tax Office.

• What in case of an inspection from the Tax Office or ZUS?

  If the Client wishes to authorize an employee of our office to conduct the inspection, we will contact the Tax Office and ZUS according to the authorization.
